With the Dragon Boat Festival holiday approaching, we have ramped up our shipment pace.Our fully Automatic Refrigerator Door Gasket Production Line has passed factory commissioning and quality inspection, and was loaded onto trucks and shipped out yesterday.
This shipped production line is composed of core equipment including an SJ-75 extruder, extrusion head mold, cooling water tank, haul-off machine, automatic punching machine, 45-degree cutting unit and manipulator. Equipped with a PLC automatic control system, the whole production line features easy operation, which helps raise automation levels and production capacity while cutting labor costs.
To ensure the delivered equipment meets the client’s production requirements, our technicians performed performance commissioning on every unit prior to shipment. Comprehensive checks were carried out covering operating parameters of key components and overall equipment appearance integrity to guarantee all technical indicators meet standards. At the shipment site, our staff packed all equipment strictly in accordance with standardized procedures and secured goods firmly to prevent bumps and damages during transportation, ensuring safe transit and on-time arrival.
While the equipment is en route, our after-sales service remains uninterrupted. We will keep tracking logistics progress continuously, and arrange professional technicians to assist the client with on-site equipment installation, commissioning and operational training in a timely manner, supporting the client to put the production line into formal operation smoothly.
