Recently, the Refrigerator Door Gasket Production Line With On-Line Magnetic Strip Inserting Device, manufactured by our company, successfully completed its installation and commissioning and passed the trial operation on the first attempt. Currently, the production line has been accepted by the customer at the site, loaded for shipment, and delivered to the customer for formal operation.
During the trial operation, the production line ran smoothly overall, with seamless coordination from raw material input to finished product output. The various mechanisms of the equipment operated in harmony, and the magnetic strip inserting process was accurate and stable. The produced door gaskets exhibited regular dimensions, and key indicators such as magnetic strip adsorption force met the quality requirements expected by the customer. Customer representatives witnessed the whole process of the trial operation and acceptance, and expressed recognition of the actual operational performance of the production line.
