This production line mainly uses PE, PP or PVC wood powder as raw materials, and uses specially designed screws and barrels, molds and technical processes to produce wood-plastic products for various purposes. Widely used in pallets, packaging boxes, floors, outdoor decoration materials and other industries. This production line adopts two-stage mixing for direct extrusion, and can also be extruded in two steps after granulation.

It has the advantages of high output, stable extrusion, good plasticizing and mixing effect, not easy to cut wood fibers, and long service life. The finished wood powder content extruded by this production line can reach up to 50-75%.

The production line is divided into two types: automated control and manual control, which can be produced on demand according to production needs.

Extruder: Use a hard-toothed reduction gearbox, which has the advantages of long service life, high stability, and low noise. Using domestic famous motors, the quality is reliable and the stability is high. Special screws are used and a water cooling system is installed to ensure the stability and output of the extruder.

Cutting machine: It adopts pneumatic control and uses clamps and alloy blades to ensure the length of the door and window profiles and the flatness of the cuts when cutting the profiles.
